Question 1

Do I need to know BaZi before using Wuxora?

Accepted Answer

No. Beginners can start with the explanations built into the chart, while experienced users can move directly into deeper chart information, timing, and tools.

Question 2

Is Wuxora a fortune-telling service?

Accepted Answer

Wuxora is not designed to tell you exactly what will happen. It helps you understand chart structure, tendencies, relationships, and timing so you can make your own decisions with greater context.

Question 3

Is BaZi scientifically proven?

Accepted Answer

BaZi is a traditional Chinese metaphysical framework, not a scientifically established method for predicting events or outcomes. Wuxora presents it for understanding, learning, and reflection — not as scientific fact.

Question 4

Can I create charts for other people, like family or a partner?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you can save a chart for anyone whose birth details you have: a partner, a child, a parent, a friend. By entering someone else's information, you're confirming you have the right to do so on their behalf.

Question 5

How many charts can I save?

Accepted Answer

Free accounts can save 1 chart. Wuxora Plus increases that to 5.

Question 6

Can I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from your Account page. This removes your saved charts and personal data — see our Privacy Policy for exactly what's removed and when.

Question 7

Are my conversations with Master Wu private?

Accepted Answer

Wuxora doesn't keep a long-term store of your Master Wu conversations beyond what's needed to answer your question, unless you choose to save a specific answer to My Takeaways. Your birth data is never sent to the AI — only facts already computed from your chart. AI processing is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU deployment), your data is not used to train AI models, and everything is handled in line with EU data protection law (GDPR) — see our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Question 8

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Anytime, from your account settings. You'll keep Wuxora Plus access until the end of your current billing period, with no partial refund for the unused portion.

Question 9

What's your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law. If you're an EU/EEA consumer, you may have a right to withdraw within 14 days of subscribing under certain conditions — see our Terms of Service for details.

Question 10

How does Wuxora handle my information?

Accepted Answer

See our Privacy Policy for the complete picture. In short: your birth details are used to generate your chart, your email is used for account access, and Master Wu conversations are processed by our AI providers to generate answers.

Question 11

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Your saved charts and personal data are deleted, aside from anything we're required to keep for legal reasons (like billing records) — see our Privacy Policy for exact retention periods.
